Fruits and veggies that are most recommended for their cancer fighting abilities include:

Dairy Products - Research suggests that one to two servings of low fat dairy per day in a diet for breast cancer whelps increase your intake of conjugated linoleic acid which is said to promote anti-cancer activity.

Nuts - Including nuts in your diet several times a week will not only help increase your fiber intake but also provides you with monounsaturated fats which are essential to a diet for breast cancer as they help fight the development of this disease.

Fish - Several types of fish are an excellent addition to a cancer fighting diet including salmon, sardines, mackerel and tuna. These fish contain an abundance of Omega-3 fatty acids that improve blood flow, lower the risk of breast cancer and may help improve the bodys response to chemotherapy.

While starting a diet for breast cancer may sound difficult, incorporating these phytochemical and antioxidant-rich foods has immeasurable benefits to fighting and preventing cancer of the breast. If you dont already get some form of exercise on a regular basis, try starting small with a daily half an hour walk and work your way up to more intensive exercise and lengthier workouts.

Obviously you shouldnt eat fried food. Always go for baked or grilled, get a salad instead of fries or chips, wheat is better than white, and mustard is better than mayonnaise. See, common sense.

Besides the obvious, always read labels. Avoid food high in fat. When it comes to fruits and vegetables, fresh or frozen always beats canned. Canned fruit is stored in syrup. Thats a lot more sugar than usual, and you thought it was a "healthy" choice over a bar of chocolate.

Diet is going to come down to your will power, but dont try to completely cut out your favorite food. The easiest way to stick to your diet is to be strict Sunday through Friday, and on Saturday, eat and drink whatever you want. One day out of the week isnt going to kill your weight loss. You will be more successful in your diet by doing this. You still get to enjoy your favorite food, and you have a reward at the end of the week for all your hard work.

Obviously, losing weight is much easier when youre working out regularly, so be sure to get an hour or more of high intensity exercise at least four days out of the week. Today a lot of alternative and unique methods have been discovered to help dieters, and weight loss through hypnosis is one of these ways. I would suggest a gradual transition, if you are interested, starting with maybe one or two raw days per week for the first month, allowing your system to get accustomed to the change.
